By placing an order with our bakery, you agree to the following terms:

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to review and approval by our bakery. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason.  Online pricing for cakes represent basic decorations (balloons, roses, etc.).   Custom or intricate decorations will be subject to additional charges.   In the instance that this happens, we will contact you before we begin production of the order.

Pricing & Availability: Product prices and availability may change without notice. In the event of a pricing error or incorrect listing, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order before processing. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss options or issue a refund.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations or refunds may be granted at our discretion and must follow our bakery’s cancellation policy. Custom and special orders may be non-refundable.

Allergens & Dietary Information: While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, our products are made in a facility that may contain common allergens. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies.

Pickup & Delivery: Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information. Missed pickups or incorrect delivery details may result in additional charges.
